The timeline varies depending on the project scope, complexity, and location. Typically, a custom home project takes 8-12 months from design to completion, while renovations may take 3-6 months. We provide detailed timelines during the initial consultation.
While we don't provide direct financing, we work with several financial institutions that specialize in construction loans and mortgages. We're happy to refer you to our trusted financial partners during the planning phase.
All NorthCraft homes come with a comprehensive warranty program that includes 1-year coverage on workmanship and materials, 2-year coverage on mechanical systems, and 10-year structural warranty. We also honor all manufacturer warranties on installed products.
